When carrying out rubbish removal, we aim to recycle and dispose of items responsibly. We use pro-recycle waste management centres & landfills, often sending such things as furniture, bedding and clothing to charity centres and shelters. To provide a safe working environment for our staff & customers as far as is practicable and possible. We take our responsibilities for health and safety seriously and precautions & training are given to staff where necessary to promote competency in role.

Our aims and Objectives

We aim to provide a speedy and considerate house clearance service which is geared towards individual customers' requirements; we work with our customers for full or part clearances. We can if required deliver items to a chosen destination. A full invoice with an Environment agency approved transfer note and our registration no. can be given on completion of the task.

We also purchase saleable items; we are fully licensed waste carriers we endeavour to recycle more than 85% of items from any home clearance, including items given to charities throughout Calderdale, Kirklees, saving on land fill and tipping costs. This is kinder to the environment and our customers' pockets.

We can perform office clearances, warehouses, pubs, hotels, etc. - you name it we clear it! As part of a local trades firm we have access to tradesmen to make safe empty, vandalised, tenanted property etc.
